Quality Assurance

Mobility-Direct only supply brand new quality products from the leading manufacturers.

Full inspection takes place prior to despatch.

All powered products have there own serial number to enable a specific product to be tracked right through to the customer to ensure warranty and spares provision.

VAT Exemption

All of our prices exclude VAT because almost all of our customers qualify for exemption due to their needs. We are able to supply a simple form that needs to be completed to qualify for VAT exemption, no documentation is required.

Returns Policy

If in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in an unused “as new” condition, in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund less carriage costs in sending and returning the goods.

Any damage to the goods must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt, and all damaged goods must be returned in the original packing to our premises for inspection.

Providing goods have not been despatched, we would normally refund a deposit in the case of a cancellation of a regular advertised item. Special orders of non-advertised items must be paid for in full and will not be subject to cancellation.

Ordering/Payment

You can place your order online using our secure encrypted shopping cart by debit/credit card or by cheque (all cheque's must clear prior to despatch, this usually takes 4/5 working days)

Alternatively you can ring one of our friendly advisors and arrange payment by debit/credit card or cheque.

Warranty and Guarantee

All products come with a 12 month RTB warranty. RTB warranty is a return to base warranty, the customer is responsible for sending the goods back to our warehouse for repair, once the job is complete we will send the goods back at our expense. When sending goods back it is the customers responsibility to ensure they are packaged safely to avoid damage..

Please note that the warranty does not cover consumables such as tyres and bulbs or maintenance problems such as flat batteries, punctures and general wear and tear.

Our after sales service means that if you experience any problems we are here to help.

Delivery

Twin Tub washing machines carry a £25 delivery charge (UK Mainland).

Orders over £75, delivery is free (UK Mainland).

Order below £75, delivery is £4.99 (UK Mainland).

Please contact us for delivery charges outside the UK Mainland.

Normal delivery time is 2-7 days but can be up to 14 days. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your order we would notify you.

In most cases we are able to deliver mobility products and living aids within 7 days (many within 3 days). However, due to the nature of mobility products and living aids, some specialist items are produced to order. We can not guarantee delivery times of these items and will not be held responsible for late delivery.
